Flight number mandatory if arriving by plane. Walkins allowed. Terminal 1 - Exclusive Gold Service: Customer can proceed directly to the exclusive Gold Service Area. The exclusive Gold Service Area is located in the Car Rental Parking Area - Level 4. Customer name and parking bay number will be shown on a display when entering the Gold Area. Keys are in the car. Customer needs to show driving license at barrier when leaving the Gold Area. Teminal 2 - Gold Service: Follow the car rental sign to the Hertz Gold Counter, where key and rental agreement will be waiting. Customers arriving at Terminal 2 after 2300, please proceed to the Hertz counter in Terminal 1. For out of hours information, please refer to Rental Qualifications & Requirements.
